Caste System : Revelation of The Truth

"Brahmanas, ksatriyas, vaisyas and sudras are distinguished by their qualities of work, O chastiser of the enemy, in accordance with the modes of nature."(Bhagvad Geeta,Chapter 18, Slok 41)

The original Idea of Varna system was  step wise step elevation of  The man from ignorance to Salvation.In Vedik period a man was free to choose a work according to his nature ,his Prakrati,his Jati i.e his Varna and His Karma,Not by birth. Person had to choose a karma or varna according to his nature and work honestly believing he is working for God.In this way he could get qualities of different varnas then he should work according to his new Prakrati i.e varna.Being in any Varna is not important,Important is this you should work always thinking that you are working for God .

Every man has 3 Gunas  i.e Satt,Rajj and Tamm in different proportions ,So every man has qualities of all the 4 Varnas. But he had been known according to the Guna that is dominating in him.This system ran successfully thousands of year. People in Brahman Varna used to get honor from other races.Kshtriyas were also very respected because they are the rulers .Due to this successors  of Brahmana’s  and kshtriya’s started thinking themselves superior to the other two races (basically Sudras were the victims).They repeatedly started mentioning other races low and vile .As passage of time other races mainly Sudras(because they were serving others ) started thinking themselves low and weak. This is called Hypnotism ,If you repeatedly call someone low and vile, he start thinking so and then become the same.

Brief Description of 4 Varnas:

Sudra:  

a)Less spiritual awakened .

b) Man who serves others for pay(salary) : people working in any company irrespective of their posts whether he is worker ,supervisor manager or General manager they all belongs to this category.

c)Social activists: People attached with NGOs , NFOs and working for social welfare comes in this category.

d)Proletariat: people who earn their bread by hard work ,illiterate comes in this category.

So doing job in a company is bad?..doing social services is bad? Working in fields in bad?..if you have an affirmative(i.e yes) reply then yes..considering ourseleves Sudras or calling someone Shudra is bad.

Vaisya:

a)More spiritual awakened then Shudras.

b)People who own a business,shopkeepers and farmers come in this category.

Kshtriya: 

a)more Spiritually awakened than vaisyas but less then brahmanas.

b)A man who fight to right wrongs , our soldiers and rulers i.e Prime minister,chief ministers,MLAs etc belongs to this category.

Brahmana: 

a)Most spiritually awakened.

b)True preachers ,teachers ,saints ,philosophers etc belongs to this category.

An Example:

To understand Basic concept of above 4 Varnas lets see an example of a company.A person with an engineering degree can work at the post of engineer.He can not directly become a Manager or General manager. He can have knowledge or a MBA degree and then he can be promoted.A person with an MBA degree can become Ass. Manager or Manager directly but not General manger or CEO of the company. Again a person who is only Matriculate, can join as casual worker or as a supervisor and after getting knowledge and necessary degree he also can reach to the post of CEO.Promotion to a higher post is a step by step process.If people on higher posts like CEO or manager start thinking other employees Low and vile then it is a mistake of those people not of this PROCESS step wise step elevation.

Case Of Untouchability:

Do you ever think how Untouchability born in our society??..let us see…If a person wash his own toilet then other members of his family do not touch him at that time.Even he is not allowed to touch any thing until he finishes his work and takes a bath.People of Balmeekis(Bhangis) were working to wash Toilets (Pakhanas) of other castes .They used to collect all the shit in a bucket(Tokari) and then through it to somewhere else. Balmeekis were Indulge in the work of shit that’s why people started to avoid touch them and then it became a social ritual of the society.One other reason was that Balmeekies were involved in the business of Pigs .An animal that is considered most dirty animal as it eats Shit of the people.People who were indulge in the business of died animals also became victim of this RITUAL.And after passage of time they known as Chamaar i.e Charm(skin)-Kaar(to work with).

What to do???

1)Automatic toilets should be compulsory in every village in which still Balmikees lift others Shit.

2)Balmeekies should not do business of Pigs. Government should make firms for pigs so that we can get essentials things from pigs to compensate crises .

3)Chamaars should also leave their ancestors business and it should be under custody of government.

4)Balmeekies and Chamaars should improve their life style in the sense of their livelihood and locality that is often found very filthy.

5)Special education programs should be commenced for these people.
